Open Letter

Dear Wonderful Ware Caregivers,

Thanks so much for the TLC and extra special touches you gave to my Mom and all the residents at Ware.  You are truly a special group of individuals who have many God-given talents in caring for the elderly.  A special thank you for the beautiful hair curling for Easter Sunday!  That extra care and attention meant so much to my Mom.

I work for the United States Bureau of the Census.  Over the past 25 years, I have been involved in numerous health surveys for HUD, Center for Disease Control and various government agencies.  These surveys have taken me into dozens of nursing homes throughout the tri-state area.

On a more personal note, when my mother fell and needed to go into rehab, Ware was recommended.  I was very impressed with the nursing staff overall.  There were, however, some of your personnel that stood out – three CNAs on Willowood.  These extraordinary people were always kind, attentive and unwavering in their care for my mother.  I will always be appreciative for the care.
